Estate Services Manager - Grounds Leadership & Maintenance

Service Care Solutions Ltd is seeking an Estate Services Manager to oversee grounds maintenance across residential sites in Surrey/South London. This temporary ongoing role is 35 hours per week, at £21.45 per hour PAYE.

You will lead a team of Grounds Maintenance Operatives, ensure safety and quality standards, conduct site inspections, manage performance, and coordinate seasonal work with contractors while maintaining high levels of resident service.
