Estate Officer: Safe & Well-Maintained Neighbourhoods (FTC)

Acis is seeking an Estate Officer on a maternity cover basis to carry out a full range of estate services, audits and safety checks in neighbourhoods. You will coordinate contractors, gather evidence for tenancy enforcement, and ensure safe, well maintained estates.

The role involves talking to customers and driving improvements across blocks and communal areas. The position emphasises safety, experience with multi skilled building tasks, and the ability to manage priorities while working with
