Job Purpose:

The Estate Manager will manage, develop and operate all functions through the major areas of the College Estate. They shall provide advice and guidance relating to matters of compliance, operation and development of the Colleges existing and future Estate, including the analysis of the College's Estate with respect to Sustainability, Suitability, Flexibility and Scale.

The Post Holder will be required to work as part of an "on-call" rota, providing evening and weekend management support in relation to the Estate & Sustainability Management function.

The Post Holder may be required to act as a "Key Holder" and attend to Estate issues out of hours (evenings, nights and weekends). Occasional weekend work will be required.
