The Crescent Academy is seeking to appoint an Estate Manager. Our children would like someone who will love and look after our amazing building with care. Our school is growing in numbers and building size, so this is an exciting time to join our team.
The successful applicant will work to support the school within all areas of maintenance, cleanliness, health and safety and security. You will take responsibility for the management of the school site, day-to-day maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and a high-quality environment for learning.
The role will oversee planned maintenance activities, which will require a knowledge of Health and Safety. Safeguarding. experience to effectively manage other site staff including external contractors is also desirable. You will have the ability to work from your own initiative for effective day-to-day management of the Academy site and work closely with the School Business Manager and Head Teacher on potential strategic estate developments.
