We are seeking an Estate Commercial and Engagement Manager to unlock the full potential of our London estate. You will implement a commercial strategy that enhances income, promotes community engagement, and supports Middlesex University's role as a local anchor.

The ideal candidate is organized, logical, and proactive, with a strong understanding of estate services, facilities management, and event management. Your role will ensure smooth delivery of commercial activities, foster awareness among partners, contracts, and clients, and oversee key initiatives aligned with our estate strategy and sustainability goals.

Requirements include attention to detail, problem-solving skills, initiative, collaboration, strong people skills, success in commercial or business development, and excellent project management abilities.
