About the Role

As a Lettings Negotiator, you'll be the friendly and dependable point of contact for our Landlords, Tenants and internal teams. You'll provide clear guidance, confident communication and an exceptional service from start to finish.

In addition, we will support you in obtaining your ARLA qualification.

Compliance plays a key part in this role, and you'll help us ensure our clients remain fully aligned with the latest residential lettings legislation.

Working as part of a close-knit, multi-skilled team, you'll play an essential role in delivering a smooth, positive experience to every client - consistently aiming not just to meet expectations, but to exceed them.

This is a fast-paced, rewarding position, ideal for someone who can multitask, prioritize effectively and stay calm under pressure; This is a full time role.
