Salary around £30,000 depending on experience

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee the day to day management of a portfolio of commercial properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong tenant relationships, maximising property performance, managing budgets, and ensuring properties are operated efficiently and in compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and health & safety compliance.
  • Prepare and manage service charge budgets and financial reporting.
  • Monitor lease agreements, rent collections, renewals, and arrears.
  • Coordinate contractors and suppliers to ensure works are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and identify opportunities for asset improvement.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in commercial property management.
  • Strong knowledge of property legislation, leases, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organisational and financial management abilities.
  • Full UK driving licence preferred.
Salary

Circa 30k, dependent on experience.

Some additional Information about us

Our Commercial team focuses on the management of commercial properties for investors. These include mixed use investments, plus some purely commercial properties, including office blocks etc.

Some of the residential uppers are let on ASTs, but other blocks have flats which are sold off long leasehold, and as such we deal with Section 20 Notices for major works, service charge budgets etc.
