Estate Agency Sales Manager - Lead a High-Performing Team

Reeds Rains Huddersfield is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the day-to-day running of our sales team and drive performance across the branch.

You will coach and motivate the team, manage stock and pipeline, win new instructions, and ensure excellent service for vendors and buyers.

OTE £30,000 - £40,000 with potential for more through strong results; a hands-on role in a busy, customer focussed estate agency.
