Job Description
  • Manage, prioritise, and oversee the execution of multiple creative street marketing projects.
  • Respond to briefs, develop creative solutions, take ownershipofprojectsfrom start to finish, control budgets, and liaise with suppliers.
  • Lead the full project lifecycle from creative concept and development throughinitialbriefing, to planning, building, installing and debriefing.
  • Create timelines and ScopeofWorks to best manage expectations and deliver exceptional work to budget and on time.
  • Manage the project team to ensurehigh standardsand practices connected to successful project management.
  • Manage vendors, clients, project teammembersand project timelines within the assigned total budget
  • Be confidentinproblem solvingwithin project timelines, and flagging potential upcoming issues
  • Work closely with the Sales team to develop strong working relationships and develop an understanding of their role and clients.
  • Be proactive andobjectivein developing new waysofworking and streamlining processes.
  • Use your team's in-depth knowledgeofthe outdoor space,materials, propmaking andinnovation tohelp make ourprojectsunique.
  • Driveprojectsforwardand createtheperfectbalance betweenquality,budget,anddeadlines.
  • Managing multiple stakeholders throughstrongcommunicationandorganisationalskills.
  • Work with and manage external suppliers, contractors, and freelancers to ensure that deadlines are achieved, and the client brief is met.
  • Manage, mentor and develop your team.
  • Champion a strong commitment to Health & Safety and sustainable practices, ensuring compliance and best practices are always followed.
Skills and Experience Required
  • You will have experience working in a similar role handling multiple priority projects and stakeholders at one time.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of project management and agency clients.
  • Proven experience managing and mentoring a team.
  • Experience working under pressure to tight deadlines and adapting quickly and diligently to last minute-changes.
  • Be a strategic and creative thinker.
  • Possession of exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Have great written and verbal communication.
  • Have a high level of attention to detail and be an excellent problem solver.
  • Possess a love for the street including a passion for music, art and fashion.
