Essex Assistant Site Manager - Lead Residential Build

Knightwood Associates Limited is recruiting an Assistant Site Manager for a live residential development in Essex. The role supports the site team, coordinates subcontractors, and helps deliver the build to programme.

You will assist with day to day site management, uphold health and safety and quality standards, monitor progress, and help achieve build targets. Salary is up to £55,000 plus package, depending on experience. You will liaise with client representatives when required.
