ESOL Youth Worker - Empowering 16-18 & Refugee Learners

Derby College Group is seeking a passionate Youth Worker - ESOL to join our Lexis Team at Roundhouse campus. You will support ESOL learners aged 16-18, including refugees, asylum seekers and care experienced young people, helping them to overcome barriers and achieve positive outcomes.

You will work closely with curriculum and support teams to promote student engagement, wellbeing and progression, delivering targeted interventions and pastoral support with a nurturing, student centred approach.
