ESG Lead: Strategy, Sustainability & Impact

FirstPort is seeking an ESG Manager to translate ambitions into actionable plans, embedding sustainability across operations and culture. You will advise the leadership team on climate, environmental sustainability and social value while aligning with Group priorities.

You will report to the ESG leadership and contribute to the ESG Steering Group, supporting governance, reporting and external disclosures. A proactive, collaborative approach is essential.
