ES Strategy and Transformation Analyst

The Employee Success (ES) Strategy and Transformation Analyst will drive operational readiness for our distributed team, helping new employees through mergers and acquisitions as well as expansion into new countries, ensuring an amazing employee experience. Additionally, you'll lead a variety of Employee Success programs, continuously improving processes and controls while ensuring an outstanding employee experience.
Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end M&A employee integration, including harmonization readiness, consult on Workday data loads, GWA/I-9 compliance tracking, and cross functional coordination across legal, payroll, M&A COE and People Services.
- Partner with HR program leads to evaluate difficulties, use critical thinking and innovation to proactively identify and implement solutions.
- Act as a change agent to deep dive HR processes and identify where technology can be leveraged to refine or eliminate manual process steps; support change management continuum.
- Drive operational readiness by standardizing operating procedures, developing new processes, and creating educational materials to support changes.
- Partner with ES People Services to ensure operational readiness at scale for new employees harmonized via acquisition or new country entity.
- Analyze data trends and develop action plans using data to support process change, program education, and innovation.
- Collaborate with global shared services teams to ensure consistency across applicable processes and implement changes where needed.
- Regularly review and troubleshoot processes and HR data, and find opportunities for further improvement.
- Support data analysis work to provide relevant, actionable feedback to project teams on how to improve core HR programs and operations.
- Build trusted relationships with key ES stakeholders, including legal and HR Compliance, to understand objectives while partnering with subject matter experts to operationalize new or enhanced processes and programs while keeping effectiveness, efficiency, and employee experience in mind.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline operational processes and reduce manual intervention.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5 years experience in human resources, including experience in shared services and/or an HR Operations role.
- Ability to review technical processes and assimilate how the process constitutes a change in existing processes and determine the best way to implement and educate on the changes.
- Previous experience with Workday and case management tools preferred.
- Prior project management experience, managing complex cross functional projects with multiple competing priorities is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of global HR practices, processes and programs.
- Excellent presentation and influencing skills.
- Problem solving, critical thinking, deductive reasoning, inductive reasoning, and analytical skills required.
- Experience with relevant HR systems, applications, and tools; metrics, data, and business intelligence tactics; and lean process improvement strategies (e.g., Six Sigma techniques) desired.
- Ability to quickly adapt in an ever changing, growing environment.
