ERTMS Change & Training Lead

Freightliner Group Ltd is seeking a senior leader to head people, training and business readiness for the ERTMS Programme. You will drive the change strategy, ensure readiness across Operations, Engineering, Safety and Training, and maximise use of Freightliner's training academies and resources.

You will build and maintain stakeholder engagement networks, manage risks, and lead transition activities to ensure seamless implementation and sustainable benefits across the business.
