£56,766+ depending on skills and experience

What you'll be doing:
  • Be the go to expert for all business transactions across our BAE AIR ERP solution, ensuring seamless end to end processes and system interoperability
  • Dive deep into existing processes, spot inefficiencies and create smarter, more effective ways of working
  • Empower teams to get the most out of the ERP through training, education and tailored process improvements
  • Map and model current and future workflows to enable smooth implementation and adoption
  • Challenge legacy ways of working and champion fresh, efficient approaches that drive performance
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather, document and translate business requirements into clear, actionable plans
  • Lead engaging workshops and brainstorming sessions to design innovative solution concepts
  • Act as the vital link between business and technical teams, simplifying complex concepts into clear insights that drive progress
Your skills and experiences:
  • Significant amount of experience implementing Production Planning / Logistics processes within a manufacturing environment
  • An understanding of Production Control & Logistics concepts, systems and relevant business processes. This includes experience in a manufacturing/procurement/supply chain environment
  • Proven expertise in ERP systems (experience with Infor LN 10.4 highly desirable)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytical tools
  • Working knowledge of business processes across an aerospace Manufacturing environment
  • Hold professional accreditation and qualification from a recognised Logistics/Supply Chain institution at the appropriate level, or be willing to work towards it e.g. a level 4 qualification such as CSCA or ASCM certificate and CILT Membership at Member level

The ERP team:

We're looking for an ERP Specialist who's ready to play a pivotal role in driving the success of our ERP transformation. You'll be the key link between our stakeholders and technical teams - turning business needs into smart, scalable solutions. You'll analyse , streamline and optimise business processes, ensuring every step aligns with our goals and delivers real value. From shaping requirements to leading user acceptance testing, you'll help guide the project from concept to reality.

Bring your ERP expertise (Infor LN 10.4 or similar) to ensure data integrity, process integration and smart use of new system functionality. Apply strong business analysis skills - from requirement gathering and process mapping to feasibility assessments. Support change management and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions truly meet business needs.
