ERP Customer Success Lead - AI-Driven Finance OS

DualEntry is seeking a Customer Success / Accounts Lead to own end-to-end account management, drive ERP adoption, and become the primary escalation point after go-live. You will manage key relationships, run success plans, and lead regular check-ins based on customer tiers you develop.

In this role you'll collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay bugs, translate accounting requirements into system configurations, and spot upsell opportunities.
