ERP Consultant - Odoo/MS Dynamics

Contract Length- 1-month initial scoping project (potential extension)

Location: Onsite in Cardiff, with some travel to Leeds (expenses covered

Rate: Outside IR35, flexible day rate

We are seeking an ERP Consultant/Auditor with deep experience in both Odoo and Microsoft Dynamics (AX, Finance & Operations, Business Central).

The consultant will:

• Conduct a business and systems audit across the client and its subsidiaries.

• Assess ERP fit for purpose against each business unit's needs (manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, healthcare supplies).

• Advise on ERP strategy for growth and acquisitions.

• Make clear recommendations on whether to consolidate onto one ERP, maintain a hybrid model, or pivot ERP strategy.

• Highlight risks, opportunities, and change management considerations.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience of implementing and auditing Odoo and Microsoft Dynamics in healthcare, medical devices or manufacturing/supply-chain-heavy environments.

• Strong understanding of ERP pros/cons from both a business and user perspective.

• Ability to translate operational challenges into clear ERP recommendations.

• Experience advising leadership teams on scalable, acquisition-ready ERP strategies.
