ERP Change Manager

We're supporting a leading manufacturing organisation embarking on a major Infor LN ERP transformation programme and are looking for an experienced ERP Change Manager to lead the people side of the change.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the change management work stream for a large-scale Infor LN ERP implementation
• Develop and execute change, communications, engagement, and training strategies
• Conduct change impact assessments and business readiness activities
• Support testing, cutover and go-live activities from a business change perspective
• Manage resistance and drive user adoption across the programme

Essential Experience

• Proven experience delivering multiple ERP implementations as the Change Manager
• Prosci Change Management certification (essential)
• Experience working within manufacturing, engineering, industrial or operational environments
• Ability to operate across executive, programme, and end-user levels

Desirable

• Previous experience of Infor LN
