ERP Application & Vendor Management Lead

Puma is seeking a Lead Application Service Management professional to manage external service providers in the Application Management domain and act as the central interface between internal stakeholders and partners. You will ensure SLAs, budgets, and contracts are met while driving optimization across AMS processes.

The role requires several years in IT Service Management or Application Operations, strong vendor management experience, and fluent English.
