Ericsson EOC and ECM Consultant - French speaking

This service consists of maintaining the ECM (Ericsson Catalogue Manager), EOC (Ericsson Order Care) and IWS (Integrated Work Station) applications for customer relations. Given the critical nature of these tools following the rollout of the Convergence solution, competent support for the internal IT department team is essential. Using a specialised and qualified service provider will ensure continuity of service.
This service covers level 1 and 2 administration of the following applications in the Convergence solution:
- ECM: Offer catalogue
- EOC: Order management and orchestration
- IWS: Order taking
Profiles required
EOC/IWS/ECM Expert Consultant (minimum 5 years' experience)
Required skills
The skills required for this profile are:
- Higher education with a focus on IT (engineering school, university degree at Bac+5 level preferred);
- Proficiency in the activities specified above;
- Knowledge of the EOC/ECM software stack (Version 16) with IWS implementation;
- Experience in their implementation and configuration at an operator
- Experience in modelling telecoms offerings (fixed and mobile)
- Knowledge or understanding of the OPT-NC Telecom solution (Convergence);
- Strong writing skills;
- Communication and interpersonal skills in line with the tasks specified above;
- Length of experience in a similar position in line with the levels specified above.
Desired skills and qualities
The desired skills for this profile are:
- Knowledge of OPT-NC and experience in a company of similar size;
- Knowledge of Dynamics CRM modules in a telecoms environment;
- Knowledge or understanding of the following modules is appreciated: CS, EM24, EB23, NOKIA Mediation;
- Skills in Confluence, JIRA, SharePoint tools;
