Erector - Site Installation

Erector/Site Installer - Lanarkshire

Nine Twenty Engineering and Manufacturing are working with a leading fabrication company specialising in structural steel for a variety of sectors, to find an experienced Plater/Fabricator to join the team in Lanarkshire.

• Install secondary steel structures in accordance with drawings and specifications
• Fit and secure flooring systems, handrails, and associated components
• Ensure all installations meet quality and safety standards
• Work effectively as part of a site team to meet project deadlines
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean working environment

• Proven experience as a steel erector, structural installer, or similar role in construction.
• Experience working with cranes, lifting equipment, and rigging operations.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and steelwork plans.
• Familiarity with bolting, welding, and alignment procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent (essential).
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Steel Erecting, Structural Steelwork, or a related construction trade (preferred).
• Valid CSCS card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme).
• CPCS, NPORS, or other relevant plant/lifting operation certificates (advantageous).
• Working at Height and Manual Handling certifications (preferred).
