Equity Partner & Vet Cluster Leader - SE London

Medivet is seeking an Operational Partner to co own a four-practice cluster in Southeast London. You will lead both clinical and operational performance across the group, with equity ownership and autonomy to shape local clinical direction within Medivet's central support framework.

Ideal candidates will split time between clinical work and non clinical leadership, mentoring teams and driving sustainable business growth within a supportive national network.
