Equity Analyst - Impact Investment

Our client, a global institutional asset manager has an exciting opportunity to join the Impact Investment team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team at the leading edge of the growing impact investing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct fundamental equity analysis on global companies in particular to assess long-term growth potential from impactful companies providing solutions to unmet needs in society as represented by the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
2. Produce thematic research to identify possible impact ideas and themes.
3. Produce written research notes, detailed financial models and investment recommendations.
4. Regularly attend company management meetings.

Candidate Requirements:

1. 5-7 years' equity research experience.
2. Experience analysing companies in one of the following sectors: healthcare/biotech, renewable energy or technology.
3. Strong thematic experience with appreciation of the financial drivers of value across different sectors.
4. Ideally CFA qualified or satisfied to study towards the CFA.
5. High degree of awareness or experience in sustainable investing.
6. Strong academic background.
