Equestrian Retail Product Manager

Mole Valley Farmers Limited is seeking a commercially minded Retail Product Manager with a strong equestrian background for our Retail Procurement team. You will lead a portfolio of product categories, negotiate with suppliers and drive category strategies to deliver a market-leading product range.

You will develop annual plans, manage margins, and work closely with Marketing and Operations to ensure availability and competitive pricing.
