Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Manager

The post holder will be responsible for the development, delivery and review of an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) strategy and the continuous improvement of Translink's EDI approach. This will include the development, delivery and review of initiatives and projects to deliver meaningful change across the organisation and embed a culture of EDI throughout the business.
