The ED&I Manager will partner with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to drive the delivery of Heathrow's ED&I agenda. They will focus on implementing initiatives that have been set out in Heathrow's Diversity & Inclusion strategy. Building and maintaining effective working relationships across Heathrow, particularly within the People team and with diversity networks, they will provide support and data-driven insight - playing an important role in supporting Heathrow to be a diverse and inclusive employer.
