Job Description
Status: Temporary Full Time (Summer Student) Union/Non-union: Non-Union Date Posted: February 25, 2026 Annual Rate: $20.05-23.05 Closing Deadline: March 20, 2026 Department/Division: Infrastructure Services Location: On-Site (Stratford, ON)

Work Performed:

  • Assist with daily activities related to municipal Water and Wastewater Operations.
  • Administrative work to update and maintain internal documentation and records.
  • Occasional field work to perform water related duties on distribution system and well supply.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Completion of 1 st year post-secondary education program in a related field.
  • Water Operator in Training License not required but would be preferred.
  • Valid Class G Driver's License.
  • Please be advised that the City of Stratford will conduct background screenings prior to commencing employment.
