Our leading regulated manufacturer based in Co. Galway is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead their environmental, health and safety function. This is a high impact role with real scope you will own the EHS agenda, lead a team, and drive a safety culture that is already on a strong upward trajectory.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will operate at both strategic and operational level, influencing at senior leadership level while remaining close to the team and the floor.

- 8+years'EHSexperience,withatleast4-5yearsinapharmaceuticalorGMPmanufacturingenvironment
- DemonstratedexperienceleadingtransformationalEHSandculturalchange
- Strongtechnicaldepthinchemical/hazardrisk,explosionrisklegislationandeffluent/wastewatercompliance
- Provenpeoplemanagementcapability,adeveloperofteams,notjustataskmanager
- ExperiencemanagingHSAauditsanddeliveringremediationplans
- Excellentinfluencingandcommunicationskills,thisrolerequirescross-functionalbuy-inatalllevels
