Environmental Health & Housing Investigator

Conwy County Borough Council in Colwyn Bay is seeking a Technical Officer within the Pollution & Housing Team. You will undertake public health investigations, provide pollution and housing guidance to the public and businesses, and handle complaints, sampling, and inspections including HMOs and caravan sites.

The role requires sound knowledge of housing, environmental crime and pollution legislation, plus the ability to investigate complaints and undertake inspections independently.
