Environment and Sustainability Business Partner at Jersey Electricity PLC

This is a pivotal role in driving forward our sustainability strategy and ensuring compliance with environmental standards and legislation. You will work closely with colleagues across JE, regulators, contractors, and the wider community.

• Environmentally focused with strong technical knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Be comfortable analysing carbon data, engaging stakeholders, or influencing change across complex organisations
• Degree (or equivalent) in environmental science, sustainability, or a related discipline
• Proven experience working with environmental management systems (ideally ISO 14001)
• Strong understanding of Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions and related reporting standards (e.g., SBTi, GRI)
