Entry-Level Swim Teacher Assistant - Training

Freedom Leisure is seeking an Assistant Swim Teacher to support our Swim Teachers in delivering engaging lessons to customers of all ages. You will help learners achieve goals in a welcoming environment, with training provided.

The role emphasizes strong communication with parents, safety supervision in the pool area, and a flexible, empathetic approach. Prior Level 1 Swim Teaching and an Enhanced DBS are preferred, with training offered where needed.
