Entry-Level SEN Teaching Assistant - Calm & Mentored

A leading educational provider in Sunderland is seeking a trainee to support children aged 4-11 with autism and communication needs. This role involves shadowing experienced staff, assisting with tasks, and providing a supportive learning environment. Ideal candidates are calm, resilient, and have a willingness to learn. Experience is not essential. Full training and mentoring will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for graduates in Psychology, Education, or Health & Social Care.
