I'm recruiting for a Top accountancy firm in Milton Keynes that is looking to appoint an Entrepreneurial Tax Director to play an important role in the future development of its tax advisory practice.

The firm has an established client base of business owners, entrepreneurs, private groups and wealthy families, together with the resources and international reach of a major accountancy organisation.

The opportunity is to build on those foundations, develop the firm's entrepreneurial tax offering and play a meaningful role in determining where the practice goes next.

This is a predominantly advisory-focused position , working with clients on significant business and personal tax decisions. The work spans business disposals, corporate restructurings, shareholder planning, succession and wealth preservation, often bringing together several areas of tax expertise.

But the real attraction at Director level is the scope to influence the business.

You'll have the opportunity to develop new client relationships, identify areas for growth and help shape the strategic direction of the Entrepreneurial Tax practice.

The firm is looking for someone who can help shape and grow its Entrepreneurial Tax practice, with the intention of developing into a future Partner.
