Enterprise Solutions Manager - Onboarding & Adoption Leader

ZipHQ, Inc. is seeking an experienced Enterprise Onboarding Lead to align customer needs with the Zip product.

You will guide heavy requirements gathering and configure the platform to solve real business problems. You'll own end-to-end implementations for major enterprise customers, run training sessions, manage cross-functional tasks, and ensure rapid, value-focused onboarding while keeping customers happy.
