Enterprise Programme Controls & BI Lead

Raytheon UK is seeking a Programme Controls Lead to drive the maturity of enterprise controls and business intelligence capabilities. You will build trusted relationships across Mission Areas and Programme Leadership Teams, lead controls maturity, and deploy new tools and capabilities while ensuring delivery readiness across major programmes.

As a visible leader, you will mentor teams, champion best practices, and collaborate with senior leaders to raise standards, develop people, and ensure
