Enterprise Product Design Leader for AI Platforms

Scale AI is seeking a product design leader to own and grow the Enterprise design function. You will set the direction for enterprise design, guide a growing team, and partner with Product and Engineering to ensure design is involved throughout the lifecycle of AI-powered enterprise solutions.

You will raise the craft bar, shape interaction patterns for human-in-the-loop AI, and contribute to Scale's shared design system, anchoring decisions in real user needs and business impact.
