Enterprise Hospitality Account Strategist

Lightspeed Commerce is seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager to support our enterprise hospitality customers in the UK. You will be the primary contact, drive growth and product adoption, and manage stakeholder relationships to secure long-term partnerships.

You will analyze usage and health data, lead quarterly reviews, and collaborate with Product, CS, and Support to optimize the customer journey and maximize retention.
