Enterprise Growth Director - UK & Ireland

Databricks is seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to lead the UK&I sales team across Healthcare, Professional Services, Retail and CPG verticals. You will drive new logo acquisition, strategically grow accounts, and manage a high-velocity, data-driven sales motion to maximize Databricks consumption.

You will oversee and motivate the sales team, implement plans, forecast accurately, and partner with cross-functional teams to sustain growth.
