Enterprise Deal Desk Lead: Pricing, Ops, AI, Flexible PTO

Sierra is seeking a Deal Operations Manager to sit at the intersection of Sales, Finance, Legal and Product, helping structure, price, and close complex enterprise deals.

From proposal to signature, you'll ensure deals move quickly, accurately, and profitably. You'll own end-to-end deal support, design discounting guardrails, build dashboards, and collaborate across Legal, Finance and CS to unblock non-standard terms.
