Enterprise Customer Success Manager

AlphaSense is seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure clients realise measurable outcomes from our platform. You will partner with Account Managers to optimise the customer journey, focusing on adoption, engagement, and value realization from day one.

You will monitor usage, train clients, and collaborate across Sales, Support, and Product teams to strengthen renewals and ROI for our customers.
