Enterprise CS Manager: Drive Adoption & Growth

Datadog is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to drive onboarding, adoption, and strategic partnerships with our largest customers. You will advocate for the customer, nurture loyalty, and collaborate across sales, support, enablement, product, finance, and legal to meet business goals.

You will monitor usage trends to spot renewal risks and growth opportunities, working with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and DevOps teams to align objectives with our platform.
