Enterprise CS Manager: Adoption & Renewal

hx is expanding its Global Customer Success team in London. You'll build trusted relationships with enterprise insurers, drive adoption, manage renewals and translate customer insight into product and commercial decisions.

You'll work across Sales, Product and Delivery to deliver high-quality engagements and influence the roadmap while maintaining strong account health.
