About the RoleAt Buildots, we know that the key to growth lies in a high performing sales team. We're seeking a qualified Enterprise Business Development Representative (BDR) to find and screen potential customers who can benefit from our services.
As the first line of communication with prospects, ideal BDRs have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting up our Enterprise Sales team for success. You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills and have the ability to showcase our offerings compellingly. Every potential customer is an opportunity to boost top line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
What You'll Do- Conduct research on large enterprise companies and identify key personas.
- Outbound omni channel approach: cold calling, email sequences, and LinkedIn prospecting to generate new sales opportunities.
- Deliver value proposition and qualify prospect needs.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospective contacts.
- Meet monthly and quarterly targets and KPIs.
- Work closely with the sales team to map focus accounts, build prospect coalitions, and ensure company goals are met.
- 1-2 years of experience as an SDR/BDR in a SaaS B2B company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong desire and ability to achieve targets.
- Proven creative problem solving approach and strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce - advantage.
