Enterprise Architect

Our client

We're recruiting on behalf of a leading US fintech expanding its European operations. They're seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to help shape and drive technology strategy from their Amsterdam HQ, aligning local systems with global goals.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise architecture across Europe
• Align IT strategy with business objectives
• Develop and enforce architecture standards and governance
• Evaluate technologies and oversee system integration
• Ensure compliance with global policies and regulations
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership, global teams, and local branches

Your profile:

• Over five years in IT with at least three in enterprise architecture;
• Ideally experience within Fintech or otherwise at least in traditional banking;
• Strong grasp of frameworks (e.g. TOGAF), cloud, cybersecurity, and modern architectures;
• Experience with governance, transformation projects, and cross-functional leadership;
• Fluent in architecture modeling, business-IT alignment, and strategic roadmapping.
