Job Description

Geordie is seeking a technically-minded Technical Account Manager to own post-sale relationships with enterprise customers in the UK, guiding onboarding, integrations and activations across the platform.

As our first UK-based TAM, you will collaborate with sales, product and engineering, manage renewal opportunities, track account health, and help shape how we support customers as Geordie scales, including embracing agentic AI tools.
