Enterprise AI Deployment Lead

Anthropic is seeking a Technical Deployment Lead on the Forward Deployed Engineering team to own the delivery of custom agentic AI solutions for enterprise customers. You will drive the delivery plan, scoping, stakeholder relationships, and organizational complexity of deploying agents into critical business processes.

You will not write production code, but you will influence architecture, run discovery, manage executives, and ensure successful outcomes across high-stakes engagements.
