Enterprise AI Agent Builder & Delivery Engineer

Decagon in-office is seeking a Customer Engineer, Agent Builder to own end-to-end AI agent builds for strategic customers, translating requirements into actionable build plans and delivering enterprise-grade agents.

You will collaborate with Agent PMs, Engineering, and GTM teams, design robust integrations, guardrails, and evaluation frameworks, and interact with senior technical stakeholders to ensure successful deployments.
