Overview

Salesforce is the AI CRM. This role focuses on selling the full Salesforce product portfolio into Energy and Utilities enterprise accounts, guiding customers through digital transformation and articulating Salesforce's differentiated value.

As part of the Industry Sales organization, you will own and grow a small number of enterprise accounts while acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives. You will combine professional presence with collaboration and deep customer empathy, contributing to Salesforce's culture and values.

What You'll Actually Be Doing
  • Develop and execute account strategies that align Salesforce solutions with customer objectives across Energy and Utilities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders across IT, Operations, and Digital teams to position Salesforce as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with Solution Engineers, Industry Leads, and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored solutions addressing industry challenges, including AI-driven insights and operational efficiency.
  • Meet and exceed pipeline and revenue targets, contributing to growth within the Energy and Utilities vertical.

  • You have extensive experience selling enterprise software at scale and managing large, complex deals.
  • You bring a deep understanding of the Energy and Utilities industry and its business challenges.
  • You can communicate the value of Salesforce's solutions clearly to business and technical stakeholders at all levels.
  • You have experience working with partners, advisory firms, and cross-functional teams to drive results in fast-paced environments.
Even Better If
  • You have experience navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving IT and business decision-makers.
  • You are familiar with Salesforce product portfolio and how it applies to industrial or operational use cases.
  • You have experience selling into relevant industries.
  • You have worked with advisory or systems integration partners to close complex enterprise deals.
