Enrichment Officer - Term Time plus 2 weeks

Role Overview

We are seeking an Enrichment Officer to lead on the Duke of Edinburgh Award within the college, coordinating safe delivery and promotion, and working alongside the Enrichment Team to provide a wide range of extracurricular activities for learners outside of their programme.

Responsibilities

Develop and coordinate the safe delivery and promotion of the Duke of Edinburgh Award.

Work alongside the Enrichment Team to deliver a wide range of activities for learners.

Ensure the programme meets safeguarding and inclusivity standards.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Ability to work supportively and patiently with learners.

Knowledge and an understanding of inclusive education and working with young people who have a range of disabilities and learning difficulties.
