This school organises roughly 380 school trips a year to give their students unforgettable experiences. If you love spreadsheets, flawless logistics, and making big things happen behind the scenes, this is the perfect role for you.
The Role & ResponsibilitiesThis position owns the administration for a large enrichment and trips program. Think of it as being the ultimate travel agent and event planner for the school.
- Logistics & Admin: Managing bookings, risk assessments, transport, and permissions.
- Coordination: Keeping teachers, venues, and transport providers aligned.
- Problem Solving: Staying one step ahead to ensure every trip runs safely and smoothly.
School experience is not strictly required, but elite organisational skills are essential. Applications are welcome from candidates with a school or corporate background who possess:
- Strong Admin Experience: A proven track record in a fast paced administrative role.
